Offset Study

The purpose of this wiki is to share the research on offset and make
a case for its use for socio-economic development, specially as
Innovative Financing for Global Health.
This is a work in progress coordinated by Anil Srivastava in collaboration with Denise Leonard.
The effort is to bring together a small band of professionals
interested in socio-economic development to collaborate on this study.
